Business Services

We can provide retreat groups in residence use of office equipment including a photocopier, fax, internet and phone services at an additional fee.

Phone Services

There are no phones in guest bedrooms. During normal business hours, you can give out our main telephone number to those who may need to reach you in an emergency: 215 782-6000. If a guest receives an emergency message, every effort will be made to ensure that it is delivered promptly. Cell phone service is fairly consistent on our property, though we ask that our guests use discretion so as not to disturb others.

Mail Services

Mail (through US Postal Service) is picked up/dropped off once per day from Seva Retreat at Elkins Estate. We do not have postage stamps or “metered stamps” available for sale so please plan accordingly. Upon request, we can order UPS and Federal Express pick-up service, though you will need to use your own account information or a credit card to use this service as well as your own mailing envelope. An out-going mail basket is located in our front lobby for all guests. To mail a letter or small parcel to Seva Retreat at The Elkins Estate or a guest, please use the following address:
