Registration

The retreat leader will handle all room reservations. Seva Retreat will provide the group leader with floor plans of the designated buildings well in advance of your stay. The group leader of your retreat will take your reservation and coordinate your room assignment. Pre-registration is required for all retreats and workshops. The host of each group needs to provide a confirmed number of participants expected one week prior to the start of the event. This is the minimum number for which we will charge you. This number can increase after the confirmation date. We encourage early registration and require that guests complete the registration process prior to arrival at Seva Retreat.

Cancellations

There is a cancellation fee schedule that applies to a group canceling a whole event at Seva Retreat. This schedule is included in the contract/reservation form that is sent to each group coordinator. In general, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation for your group.

Check In

Retreats normally begin with registration on the first day from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. We ask that guests arrive between those times to check in, receive their room assignments, and get oriented. Dinner is normally served from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., but additional sittings may be arranged if needed.

Check Out

Retreats generally end by noon on the final day and usually include breakfast and lunch. We ask that guests check out of their rooms by 11:00 a.m. We will make every effort to return personal belongings left at Seva Retreat at the guest’s expense. Unclaimed personal items will be donated to charity.
